POLOMI operates a 14 day returns period. All products should be returned in their original condition with all packaging, dust bags and boxes intact. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these specified conditions.
To facilitate your return, please contact customer care with your order number, via customercare@polomi.co.uk or via our Whatsapp chat function. A returns label and waybill will be generated if you have not already received one with your order.
