Safiri, meaning ‘to travel’ in Swahili was created as the name suggests, with travel in mind. Always on the lookout for the perfect hand carry, the founder created a simple yet spacious form that would meet the needs she often encountered on her many flights throughout the year. Intentionally the most minimal in hardware and with a nappa lining, Safiri remains as light as possible, while the classic top handle straps are lengthened so the wearer always has the option to fling Safiri over the shoulder or thread through the handle of a cabin case while speeding through the airport or going straight from the plane to a meeting.
